Order confirmation

After you have placed your order at our website www.celtini.com you will receive a order confirmation. If you haven’t recieved your order confirmation please contact us at info@celtini.com and we will send it to your mail.

Before shipping you will recieve a shipment confimation from Postnord or DHL with your tracking id. You are going to be able to track your order at www.postnord.se or www.dhl.com

Shipping

We ship to Sweden and international. We’re offer free shipping within Sweden for orders over 495 SEK. For orders below the amount of 495 SEK the shipping cost is 39 SEK.

The shipping cost outside Sweden depends of wich country you live in.

Within Sweden all orders will be shipped trackable with Postnord. International orders will be shipped with DHL.

Delivery

The delivery time within Sweden is approximately 2-5 business days (only for items in stock). During big holidays the delivery time can be longer. For international orders the delivery time can vary depending on wich country you live in.

Return policy

If you aren´t satisfied with your Celtini product you can always return your order within 14 days after you have recieved your order. Please contact us to our contact form or send a email to info@celtini.com. We will reply to you as soon as possible.

To return your order the item must be in same condition as before you recieved it in our orginal boxes/packages with tags on. We do not accept used items for returns. Customized orders does not have same right of return as standard orders. If you regret your order you will need to pay the shipping cost for the return.

The refund of payment

The refund of payment will be with same payment method as you choosed when you placed your order. The refund of your payment will be refund within 30 days after the return.

Product liability

The customers have their own liability of using the product. Celtini can not take responsibility of how the customers handle the product after the purchase. Please follow our jewelry care advice to maintain longest durability.

Complaint

If you have recieved an broken order or if its something else wrong with your order please contact us as soon as you have noticed the defect of your order to info@celtini.com or contact us at our contact form. We will pay the shipping cost if you want to complaint your order.

Force Majure

 

Celtini is not responsible for delayed deleveries caused by circumstances beyond Celtinis reasonable control. In case of force majeure, Celtini is entitle to extra time to fulfill its obligations. Exempel of such circumstances can be, strikes, terrorists acts, wars, supply, transport or productions disruptions, exchange rate, fluctuations, government action, legislation or natrual disasteras. If such circumstances lasts more than two months, both parties have the right to terminate the agreement without the other party and / or have the right to recieve compensation or the obligation to provide compensation.
