2. PAYMENT OPTIONS AND DELIVERY
Wich are the payment options?

Direct Payment, VISA, MasterCard and American Express (all payment card via the secure SSL encryption), and Paypal.

How long is the delivery time?
Delivery time for jewelries in stock is estimated at 3-7 days and about 7-19 days for special orders.

Where do I pick up my package?
Your package will be delivered to your nearest post office. Notification will be send through letter or alternatively sms if you enter your mobile number when placing your order / doing a registration account.

 

3. AFTER PURCHASE

What do I do if I received the wrong item or alternatively a product that does not meet my expectations?
Then you can easily send back your item with your returnform that came with your order. The condition must be with the tag on and in the original case/folder/dustbag.
What do I do if I want to complain about a product?
If you have any complain, please contact us via info@celtini.com and write  what is wrong with your item, then you post the item back to us together with the returnform that came with your order. As soon as we received your item we will send the money back to your bank account that you used when you performed your purchase. The item must be in the same conditions as for a change of item or open purchase.
For how long do I have open purchase?
Open purchase applies within 14 days after you have obtained your order.
Open purchase applies from the time you received the goods and 14 days ahead not damaged packaging. You may not remove the labels. The jewelry must be in new condition and unused.

(Note that you must have parental consent if you are under 18 or allow anyone over 18 years to make the order. PRICES
All CELTINIS goods listed in SEK including VAT. At checkout, you can see the total price, including possible charges. Payment and delivery conditions specified in the shopping cart depending on which payment and- shipping method you selected.

ORDERING AND SHIPPING
All orders of CELTINIS products is made through the webshop. Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation. Please read through it to make sure all information is correct. As soon as your order is being processed, you will receive an email from us. You can always expect to receive your delivery between 2-14 days depending on wich country you live in. The delivery time stated in the cart. If your item cant be delivered in time, we will notify you of this.

DELIVERY
CELTINI collaborates with DHL for deliveries. You will receive a notice from the DHL when your parcel has arrived and you can pick it up at the nearest post office. Please note that changes in the delivery can be made in connection with holidays. Contact us at the customer service info@celtini.com if your package is delayed or if you have other questions. Goods which are not induced will be returned to us. For all the packages are not cashed, we reserve the right to charge you the cost of return shipping, handling fee and handling fee. CANCELLATION
Your right of withdrawal (withdrawal period) during the 14 calendar days. In your notice to us must demonstrate that you regret. The withdrawal period begins the day you received the goods. If the package is not arrived, you must notify us within 14 days of the order date.
You have no right of withdrawal if: Labels are removed from the goods. The goods must be unused in the case/dustbag. You are required to keep the product in as good condition as when you received it. However, you may of course withdraw the product from the packaging to examine and ensure that it lives up to your expectations and do not have any faults/ defects.

  Returns thats not in new condition, entitle integrated until the refund and will be returned to sender.

 

PRODUCT LIABILITY
CELTINI disclaims any responsibility for how the product is used and maintained by the buyer. Customer myself completely responsible for how the product is used and must check for any faults within the period of guarantee (14 days).

CARE OF JEWELRY

We recommend avoiding water and moisture on their jewelry in order to maintain as long a shelf life as possible. The plating is very sustainable, but for optimal lifespan of jewelery quality, we recommend customers to follow the care instructions.

FORCE MAJEURE
CELTINI not responsible for delays in performance caused by external factors and reasonable controls. In case of force majeure CELTINI entitled to extra time to meet its actions. This includes circumstances related interruptions in supply, production disruptions, legislation, transportation changes, natural disasters, strikes, changes in exchange rates. If such circumstances last more than two months, both sides have the right to cancel/terminate the Agreement without the other party being entitled to compensation or obligation to provide compensation.

Repayment obligation If you exercised your right to cancel, we will refund what you paid for the item as soon as possible or within 30 days from the date we received the goods.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Returns are at your own expense, it’s only at our expense if the product is defective or if we packed it wrong. When we received the goods and found that the goods are substantially unchanged (unused, undamaged and not removed labels, we will refund the amount you paid. If we do not receive the item back in the condition we sent out, we will send back the goods to you.
If you want to return or exchange the item, you should sign the return form that came with your order and mail it along with the product to us. Returns must be sent by mail (not cash on delivery).
Do you want to replace the product, we stand for shipping back to you. Fill out the return / exchange form and send it along with the package you want to exchange / return. When replacing specify which product you want to replace, and by item the item you want to replace it with.
You are responsible for the product when it is opened and used. We disclaim any responsibility for how products are used and maintained by labels have been removed. In the complaint, the whole of the goods in question be returned to us for analysis. (In case of dispute, we follow National Board for recommendations).

PRIVACY POLICY
CELTINI follows the Personal Data Act (PUL). In connection with your registration and ordering you agree that we store and use your information according to PUL in our business to fulfill the agreement to you. You have the PUL’s right of access to the information we have registered about you. If it proves to be incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted. Contact us in that case an email to: info@celtini.com.

We never share your personal information to a third party without informing our customers about this. This third party can consist of an ad network that adapts advertising on our website or alternatively advertising directed us to other websites. We use cookies to measure customers’ interests and activities, which is information that is not personally identifiable with our customers to be able to give our customers a good and secure shopping experience possible. These cookies we use to provide an advertising directed against the interests of customers. The customer has the option to decline cookies by denying. Your personal information will never be traced, abused, identify individuals or sold. You have the right to request access to your information and if something is wrong, you can change or delete it.
